Arrow keys not working in server or player app
In what player app is that?
The Plex for Windows app is (as far as I remember) not supposed to used by keyboard but rather focusing on mouse inputs.
That’s about the Plex Media Player (and Plex HTPC) desktop apps – not the web app.
Arrow keys also do not work in Plex Web - edge - windows 10 nor in Synology DMS 6 or 7 Plex interface - edge - windows 10
I have until recently been able to use arrow keys to navigate movie library for example.
According to the Keyboard shortcuts info (open Plex Web, click your account icon in the top-right corner, click Keyboard shortcuts) there’s a few shortcuts using arrow keys (e.g. to increase/decrease volume during playback. But not for navigational purposes.
I don’t remember having seen/used arrow keys in the web app – but I haven’t tested that in a while, so I cannot tell for sure if this used to work?!
