I have a Pixar DVD that has all their short films on it, and it would be fun to see it on Plex, but I’m not sure I want that many short films in the list with full length movies.
What is the best way to handle collections of short films???
Create a new library for that content
Pixar shorts will work in a tv show library

(with appropriate ‘tv show’ file naming)
as well as in a regular movie library.
If you choose the latter, you can additionally put them into a common collection. That way you ghet links to the other parts on the preplay page of any single movie.

What do you mean ‘common collection’ under the movie section?? I’m not sure I follow

Put all the Pixar Shorts into one collection.
- filter by ‘Studio’ = Pixar
- select all pixar shorts
- ‘Edit’ them and add them to a collection
- all the movies in that collection appear on the preplay page of any movie that is part of the collection, sorted by release date:
