It is quite difficult to see where the selection “cursor” is currently on TVs, mobile phones and other plex applications. The selection area is pure white. Usually, if you are currently on the movie poster, which is light/white, then you cannot see at all what is currently selected. It is then quite tiresome to scroll through the pieces and constantly look where they are. It would be enough if there was an option in the settings to change the colour of the selection frame/cursor. Or if the currently selected window would change colour slightly, or the selected “Poster” of the movie would be slightly larger.
I see this as a big problem and yet such a small thing. It’s unpolished in this respect, but the overall design of Plex is excellent.
(I know that there is a possibility to change the environment, but it only concerns the overall color scheme and not the selection/cursor itself).
Is there any way to determine how the cursor/selection will look like directly on the server? Similarly to the way you can modify the appearance of, for example, the competitor Emby.
