Big problem. Not recognizing subscription purchase

You account shows you have a PP next to your name on forum. Does it show at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account ?

Have you rebooted your iOS device or signed out then back in? On the activation page there should be a restore purchase button for it to look up the purchase for the Apple ID signed it the app store on device.

Yes it show PP but when i go to any movie its not work only watchlist

If it only shows watchlist then it is not movie on your Plex Media Server nor is it on our streaming service. It will show other streaming services it is on if we have data that is is available in your region…

To very clear, a Plex Pass does not give you access to movies or shows. A Plex Pass is for extra features for a Plex Media Server.

So What is the subscription that allows me to watch movies and series?

There is not subscription for that and never has been. All the movies and series we currently offer are free. They are paid for with ads/commercials.

Plex is not an illegal streaming service. It has some free offerings, but you are unlikely to see newer releases such as Top Gun Maverick on Plex’s offerings (the big name movies get snapped up by the big companies, Netflix, HBO, etc).

Plex primarily was designed to provide a nice interface to show your own collection of movie files (ripped from DVD or other places). So it can show the IMDB-type info from any movie out there, including new releases, but Plex does not provide access to it themselves.

The Plex Pass only unlocks additional features handy for people who run their own plex server with their own video content on it. If you purchased the Plex Pass thinking it would allow you to view any and all new release movies, you are mistaken. I believe you might be able to request a refund if you purchased the pass believing you would have gotten access to these movies by buying it.
