Bizarre chapter thumbnail issue

I’m seeing a bizarre issue with chapter thumbnails. In the new Solo movie, if the chapters do not have descriptive names, then the thumbnail images are fine, but if the chapters do have descriptive names, then the thumbnail images are wildly out of order. For example, the first nine chapters actually show the thumbnail images for chapters 25, 26, 28, 16, 30, 13, 14, 5, and 6. The video preview thumbnails are all fine - it’s just the chapter thumbnails.

I’ve done the Plex dance, and it continues to happen. What’s even more interesting is that even if I remove the movie, do the Plex dance, and re-add it, it shows the exact same incorrect thumbnails in the exact same order.

Thank goodness “known issue.” I was starting to lose my mind a bit in a WTF way.

(I assume one bit of bad news about this is those of us with bad thumbnails are going to have to go through our libraries individually to force thumbnail generation and/or do this for whole library… a very, very big and lengthy task.)

It looks like there will be a fix for this issue in the upcoming PMS 1.13.10
