I’m having an issue creating watch together rooms. It used to work normally, but now most home users can’t get the watch together selection menu to load.
If you click the menu on an episode you can then click on watch together, but the menu that is supposed to open doesn’t load. Instead a circle spins forever in the interface where you would usually select people for the watch together.
The admin user can still create watch togethers and one home user can still make them. All other users are having this problem. If I create a new home user they also have this bug.
I’ve tried this on several devices and apps. Windows 10 both Firefox, Chrome, and the Plex App doesn’t work. Firefox and Safari on Mac don’t work. On my apple TV seemingly every user can create a watch together without issue. Same with the app on my iphone. The server admin can always create a watch together.
I’ve tried restarting the server, reinstalling the server, reinstalling the windows players. The issue started two versions ago, but was not timed with an update.
Let me know what I can include to help identify the issue.
