Bizzare problem. Menu for Watch Together won't load on some devices. Menu won't appear

Server Version#: 1.32.2.7100 Player Version#: 1.69.1.3755-e00242c8 I’m having an issue creating watch together rooms. It used to work normally, but now most home users can’t get the watch together selection menu to load. If you click the menu on an episode you can then click on watch together, but the menu that is supposed to open doesn’t load.
