I’m having problems with my plex application some videos only play the audio and the screen goes black, and when I play on my server where the videos are they play with audio and image but it keeps loading from time to time I thought it could be the resolution that it’s 1080p but I have other files with the same resolution that play normally in the application is server what could it be then?
