I signed in to my friends device and gave them access to my plex. I have since then reset my password and removed their device from the Authorised Access list. I have noticed their device is appearing in the authorised device list and them watching my plex. How can I permanently block this device? I thought changing my password would have done it. (it’s now a 20 random character one).

When resetting your password, Plex asks you if you want to sign-out all connected devices.
Have you done that?

If you want to share with a friend… let them have their own account and share with the account instead of sharing your password (never a good idea).

Thank you for your help. I don’t remember the bit about signing out so strong chance I didn’t tick it. I’ve reset my password again and ticked the box. Thank you again for you input.
