Devices still have access to PMS after removing all authorized devices & changing password

I’m trying to deny a couple rogue devices access to my Plex server - I’ve removed all authorized devices and changed my password (and ticked sign out of connected devices) and then restarted the server all like 5 times now over the last month, but they’re able to get straight back on without being prompted to enter the new passwords. One device is a chrome browser and the other an iphone. Cheers :slight_smile:

Are they remote or are they on your local network?
Are they using your own user account or one of your home users?

They’re remote users, and they’re using the guest user so I guess they’re home users.

Then disable the guest account.
Then change your own password.
