I have my kids setup under their own USERS account with access to PG-14 movies but some of the PG-14 movies I don’t want them to be able to watch. How have I block certain movies and give them access to all the others? (FYI… I have the same issues with no rating movies).

Blacklisting is not possible in Plex.
You might have to edit the age rating of the relevant movies and set them to a higher rating
(or make up your own rating, call it ‘forbidden’ or something).
Thanks! I will make that work for now… Blacklisting would be a nice add on feature in the future.
