I have a Blu-ray disc that I want to watch on a TV but don’t have a Blu-ray player, but on my desktop PC does with Plex Server running, is there a way I can watch it from the disc or do I need to convert it to .mkv format?

Plex can only deal with the video files themselves. It cannot stream the disc or a disc image / iso…
