Hello I have a vps Ubuntu running Plex server but it as just 20gb can o link my media from a nas ir a cloud to my server ?

Yes.
Just make the appropriate mount (NFS, SMB, or otherwise),
Make certain user plex can read it once mounted.

But how i do that ??? The Plex server is on vps363636.ovh.net and the media on ftp://etc.com on another cloud ?

I’m sorry but how you access your media on another cloud system is outside the scope of the support we provide here.

We help with Plex on Linux. We can’t possibly know how to do every possible configuration nor can we teach Linux.
