First let me preface by saying my music collection is quite large, and all of my music is fully tagged. As a veteran Discogs user a few things are bothersome in Plex. I'd like to see a sort by BPM function for the filters. I' also like the engine to breakdown the Genre tag. On Discogs the Genre field can contain multiple entries such as "Breakbeat/House/Hardcore/Techno/Euro House". It would be nice if Plex knew that the delimiter "/" was to split the genre and that the genre was not the entire thing.
Just my suggestions to make a great product even better!
I would also welcome a Sort by BPM function. This makes it even easier to create quick playlists for running or studying for example. It can also be very helpful if you need to throw a quick playlist to gether for a party.
I too would like this ability. I’m a runner that uses the BPM of songs to help me stay at certain paces. Being able to quickly create playlists based on the needed BPM would be awesome!
