Those logs are from when I started playing something with 7.1 audio, and then stopped playing after 15 seconds or so.
It just sits there on a black screen. The dashboard shows that it is direct playing both the video and audio, and it shows the timer moving, even though on the TV it is not moving and is stuck at no time passing.
Second set of logs is after starting and playing a movie with DTS 5.1 audio, which plays fine.
I’ve tried the listed fix, but it doesn’t seem to have an effect on my TV. I can see the video buffer out the 60 seconds or so on the bar, but it still plays nothing at all and is stuck at 0 seconds.
