Breaking out 2 mismatched files

So I have a TV show I’m indexing. Plex indexes the four seasons properly. I usually have no problem fixing an indexing issue, but I"m stumped. For this I have this file structure:

TV root
-L TV Show Name
—L Mini Series
-----L files
—L Season 01
-----L files
—L Season 02
-----L files
—L Season 03
-----L files
—L Season 04
-----L files

Plex indexes the 4 seasons without issue, however, lumps the mini series (2 episodes) in with Season 1 episodes 1 and 2 (I can see them if I click on info on the episodes). How do I manually break out these 2 files and index them as their own “season” in the “TV Show Name” folder so that when I browse the TV show, the mini series shows up as Mini series, Season 1, Season 2, etc?

I solved this by renaming the folder “Mini Series” to “Season 00”, this caused plex to break out the mini series, then I was able to manually edit the episodes and mini series metadata.

That’s because Plex doesn’t know about a season named “mini series”.
It all depends on how the series is appearing in the online metadata repositories, which Plex uses.
TheMovieDB.org, TheTVDB.com and IMDb.
Sometimes such bonus content like a mini series is included in the “Specials” season (a.k.a. “Season 00”).
Sometimes it is broken out into its own series.
Sometimes it is missing.
