Hello. I can’t download video from my server for offline watching. I’ve bought plexx pass 2 years ago. It working before, but with new downloads feature not. Please fix the bugs.
Mind sharing some details about your setup, e.g. what version of Plex Media Server and Plex for iOS are you using?
I use plex server for TrueNas as plugin and manually update it. My server version is 1.25.2.5319 and iPad last application version. I try download one movie 2Gb and it doesn’t. I wait 30 minutes (
Did you previously sync media to your iPad? If there’s some stale/old sync jobs, those could get in the way.
There’s a number of known issues for which Plex have prepared bug fixes which are mostly in beta testing at the moment
