I've not been able to browse my MP3 collection by genre on my X-Box 360 (or PS3). I have Plex Pass and have tried doing this in both the Plex application and in the X-Box's System Music Player\Media Server menu. All of my albums and artists show up where they're supposed to, but if I try to view "by genre" I get no results. I'm able to browse this way using filters on the PC hosting the media.
I'm new to Plex but not new to media servers (I'm in the process of switching over from Twonky). Please tell me what I'm missing. Plex is very promising but this functionality is crucial to me considering the size of my library and how much time I've taken tagging everything.
