After watching the series, you delete the viewed episodes.
Perhaps the next season will be released in a year and you no longer remember which episodes you watched and which ones you didn’t.
Please make your browsing history separately from the files (so that the files can be deleted, but if you specify a name in the search, the plex would tell you whether you watched it or not)
