I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct section, but recently I've noticed that with some videos the buffering is too short after I resume or fastforward. The video freezes a couple of seconds and then resumes, this occurs many time throughout the video.
Is there a buffer option I can change or is this just something that happens to certain versions of avi files ?
If you are using wireless try testing using an ethernet cable.
I am using wired. This only happens on some avi files. 1080p mkv files play perfectly.
One post suggested changing subtitle language setting in atvsettings to none, but the only parameter i see in that file is "language". Tried changing that to none, but the buffer problem is still there.
The odd thing is that if I play the file from the beginning, then there are no issues, it's only when I fast forward or resume.

The suggesting is not about the PlexConnect's own ATVSettings.cfg file.
It really points to the aTV/iOS Settings. MainScreen->Settings->... no PlexConnect involved.
That "fix" seems to help with the white progress bar and the inabliity to Rew/FF.
