Hello, recently my plex has started to buffer continuously for remote clients when before a few days ago it did not have this issue. I am running the server on windows and no, nothing is using any upload, nothing on the server machine has changed. I heard some people were having this issue on /r/plex. I heard also that playback is just fine on mobile even at original quality.
