I’ve attached the logs of me trying to watch an episode of Mad Men. The buffering started appearing after around 20-30 minutes and I decided to log the entire session so you can see if there are any patterns. It buffers a few times, then it plays smoothly for a minute or two and starts buffering, and so on throughout the episode.

Does the bad behavior happen on all videos some of the time? Or, some videos all of the time?
Hard to say. I think it happens every time, and I think doing a power cycle of the PS4 makes it stop buffering for a while. When it starts buffering, the only thing that helps is to clear the PS4 cache. Restarting the App has no effect -
Are the problematic videos mostly MP4/M4V?
No, I only have MKV
