Buffering seem fine, but still getting choppy playback

Fire TV is conected to the 5.2G wifi
All issues are over the home network. Not streaming

I purchased a new Fire TV stick, this week and spent all day messing with it, reading and watching all kinds of content, but it seam im havinging a diferent issue.

My server is running on a windows 7 desktop. (My older CAD computer16g ram)

I have the latest pex client running on the fire TV stick. I can watch my videos that are on the PC. I can see the content is buffered fine when i look at the play bar, but i still get glitchy vieo perioticaly and the audio skips and stops and then starts again.

Any ideas, could it be my tv its an older Samsung that is not smart.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think i found the problem. I was running a LG sound bar threw the Bluetooth on the fire TV I shut the speaker off and my issues went away.
