Videos played on Fire TV Stick always stuttering / stops for buffer

Hi, my scenario is the following:

  • RaspberryPi 3 with Plex server (v. 4.30.2) installed and external USB drive with movies connected to LAN via WiFi
  • Fire TV Stick with Plex app (v.7.29) installed connected to LAN via WiFi
  • MacBook connected to LAN via WiFi

I know that Raspberry is not good enough to transcode video, but I’m doing some tests with a movie that doesn’t need it (Plex player on my Fire TV Stick says that movie is played directly, so without transcoding).
The problem is that on Fire TV Stick the movie stops often and loading icon appears: the only way to solve this is to pause the movie for a while to buffering some seconds/minutes.
Same movie, same Plex server, same LAN on WiFi, but using a MacBook instead of Fire TV Stick: movie plays perfecly using Plex web interface.

Where could be the problem? Is there a way to fix it?
