Buffering on 4k fire tv stick

I have this very weird issue going on. I have numerous tv series on my plex server. I recently acquired 3 more. They play perfectly fine on one firestick, but nonstop buffering on the other. If I use VLC on the problem stick, it works perfectly fine. I’ve tried buying a new stick, the newest plex tv Android apk and even downgrading the plex software and none of it works. Any help would be appreciated.
