[Bug 7.4.0.6326-beta] Playback has stopped because

Playback has stopped because the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost. Please ensure the server is available and retry.

Happens randomly.

Can you supply some logs next time it occurs please? :slight_smile:

Given most shows are over 20 minutes I won’t be able to use normal usage but I’ll find a few shorter clips and grab some.

@SamFromPlex finding it hard to get logs given I run with a VPN connected at all times.

I can’t seem to navigate to the logging site with a VPN enabled. This is most easily reproducable while scrubbing forwards through media.

Can you email the logs from the app debug settings menu?

Not on android TV no. It’s network logging (which doesn’t work) or your remote logs kept on your servers.

I’ll disable the VPN for a while and test again.

I still haven’t been able to reproduce this because it usually happens with 40+ mins the shows and the logging cuts out after 20.

Just to report as well, the latest beta has 2 Live TV sections again. The first one works, the 2nd throws an error.

What’s the version number of the beta with duplicate live tv items?

Seems fixed in 7.5.0 although this version took the nice grid view away :frowning:

The grid view should be available in 7.5, let me confirm we haven’t broken something.
