Bug - Amperstand "&" changes to "&" in Username field

Hi,
We’re running 1.24.3.5033 on Ubuntu 20.04. In the plex.tv webapp, the username field changes & to & when saving

How to reproduce:

  • click on the account button in the top right corner
  • Click on “account” in the drop down
  • Scroll down to the “USERNAME” field and type “Bob & Pam”
  • Click “Save Changes”
  • Reload the account page, the & has become an & and the field now reads “Bob & Pam”
