Everything looks okay in iOS App and Web as shown.
Interestingly it seems that only the badge on the episode thumb is off. The season/episode information showing in the upper third of your screen are actually showing the correct information.
Are you seeing this for other shows too?
I cannot find any episodes on my Apple TV showing that symptom.
Seems to be only happening with this in particular - very strange. Yes I see what you mean, about it showing the correct information in the description but the badge and watch status is incorrect. Hopefully the Plex devs can find the issue.
