[Bug] Audio but no video on playback after waking AppleTV from sleep

AppleTV 4K first generation, TVOS 18.6

I’m having an issue where when I start playback of a tv show, I get audio but no video.

I used to get this occasionally when binging shows (so like 3 or 4 hours or so of TV without restarting the app or sleeping the TV). Quitting the Plex app (so double click TV button and swipe the app off the screen) would solve it when it happened but it was never frequent enough to troubleshoot for me.

Recently, this has started happening to the first video I play after waking the AppleTV from sleep. It occurs both for h264 .mp4s, and h265 .mkvs, I don’t have any other formats to test though.

I’ll work on getting some logs next it happens, but anyone else had this and have any suggestions?

Log with issue occurrence. Started playing mid 2:00pm - to early 2:01pm, 11 September

Edit: the more I look at the logs, the more it looks like system time was 14:00:55 when I opened plex, and 14:01:04 that I started playback.
