When unpausing on the Tizen app using the auto-rewind feature (3 seconds) and automatic remote quality, it consistently triggers the message saying your connection is too slow with the button to enable trancoding. This is despite the fact that the connection is perfectly suitable for direct play and nearly instantly buffers backwards 3 seconds with no issue, and plays perfectly fine without buffering.
