(bug) Cannot scroll more than 13 libraries in the drop down list of libraries

I have 16 different libraries, on Android, the UI doesn’t allow me to scroll through all of them an select, only the top 12 are visible and then scrolling isn’t allowed anymore, seems to be hard coded somehow to stop.

I can click “see all libraries” and then find the ones at the bottom of the list, so they are indeed there and possible to get to with additional taps on the screen.
