[BUG] CPU Load does not show

totally bummed that this feature is still not working…

Hi all, just wanted to add a “me too”. Two servers, both on 994. QNAP is working fine, Synology/XPEnology is not. All web access is via app.plex.tv, but I also use the @grogster’s “Varys” app (which I guess just scrapes the data from app.plex.tv) on my iPhone to monitor the Synology server and that’s showing blank for CPU and RAM, too.

Sorry to moan a bit, but this thread is another example of the challenges of Plex.

We have reported the issue, provided logs and yet we get no feedback from devs for almost a month.

Of course the devs could be swamped with other work, but it would just be nice if we could get some sort of indication as to where we are with this issue.

for example:
“We can replicate it, we are working on it…”
“We cannot replicate it…”

or: “we don’t care…”

haha, yep or that.
I did have quite a list of rather more sarcastic options, but though it better to keep it polite

Just hoping and praying for update

Just in case you are unaware of the other threads, in this one:

Wow. Next major version of the server and still no fix for this issue. This internal tracking thing Plex is doing really seems to work great.

Hi Guys - updated Plex from 1.15 to 1.16 (and also updated Ubuntu from 14.04 LTS to 18.04 LTS) and the CPU/RAM graphs look to be working.

Then it is Ubuntu i.e OS related sine the 1.15->1.16 upgrade sure didn‘t fix anything

Running PLEX latest on Synology DS1817+ and CPU and RAM graphs are nor working as well… Only the bandwidth graph is working…

When this bug will be fixed?

That sounds astute blank, as I have noticed the same issues on OS level graphs. It may not be a plex issue, I have Plex running on IX systems freenas which is bsd unix based, and the OS itself has similar problems displaying cpu and memory graphs. Just a thought…

Going to seek a refund for my lifetime pass as Plex team is not serious about resolving bugs…

Switching back to KODI with OSMC…

Can we get some response from DEV’s when this is going to be fixed?

Not working for 6 months. Plex-Team obviously doen’t care either. No sense in pursuing this issue any further here.

Running Plex Server on Synology. Beta Version 1.18.0.1792.
CPU/Ram not work…
