Dashboard - Network Activity, CPU, RAM

Server Version#: 1.15.3.876
Player Version#: Browser though

Hey guys,

i noticed that Plex added a new feature at the Dashboard, in form of graphs showing the network activity and CPU and RAM Usage.
After checking this feature i only saw the network activity nothing else.
After a while and accessing my server via https://app.plex.tv/[...]/dashboard i was able to see my cpu activity and ram usage aswell. After switching the URL to my https://[local ip adress of the server]:32400/[…]/dashboard i was not able to see all three graphs, only the network activity graph.
This behaviour was the same after accessing to my plex server with my own domain adress (with working SSL certificate).

I dont really know why its behaving like that.

I hope somebody knows how to fix it or got the same problem.

Greetings

Because the local web app is not as up to date as the hosted web app.

The Local app does not yet include those features.

So the built-in web app from my plex server doesnt include this feature and the web app provided from plex.tv itself is the up to date version with this feature ?

Thx for the fast reply, now it makes sense.

My server is version 1.15.4.919 (FreeBSD package), the local web app is at 3.83.1 and, as expected, the Dashboard only shows bandwidth.

When I load the hosted version at https://app.plex.tv/desktop I see version 3.95.1, but I still only see bandwidth.

Before I updated my server I noticed that the hosted app did have sections for CPU and RAM, but they only listed the server version that was required to display those items. After updating, those sections disappeared.

Is there some other restriction that is at work here?

I’m also on FreeBSD with 1.15.4.919 and not seeing the CPU and RAM graphs on the hosted Plex Web. I have not ever seen the CPU and RAM graphs, even blank show in the hosted Plex Web.

The Latest PMS (Plex Pass version) now has the web app updated to 3.95.2

Hosted Plex now has 3.97.2 and I still only see bandwidth. No CPU or RAM charts.
