When creating other library types, clicking ‘Next’ in the wizard takes you through all the pages, including Advanced, if present.
When creating a Photo library, the ‘Next’ sequence skips the Advanced page.
Just double checked. No library type goes to the “Advanced” tab. It’s consistent now. 
Not true, Music still does. And I think they’re going the wrong way if they’ve decided to bypass it. There are no options on those pages that are legitimately ‘advanced,’ in my opinion.
You are correct. So still not consistent. I’ll bring this up with the team and see what the expected behavior is. Whether those options should be “Advanced” is another story.
Well, they apparently didn’t listen to me. Photos has been “fixed” to skip the Advanced page like the others, when the REPORTED BUG WAS TO DO JUST THE OPPOSITE.
