[BUG] Have to reload app to see subtitles

When I enable subtitles on either Fire TV or the Android mobile app, the video will pause for a second or two as if to load them but always silently fail to show them. Relaunching the app gets them to appear though.
This is happening with internal PGS subtitles, I haven’t yet tried internal or external SRT subtitles

I don’t use PGS subs, but I do have this issue with both embedded subs (SRT) on both my Samsung TV and my Chromecast with Google TV (Android version of Plex). They start fine but stop completely or drop random parts.

and Subtitles are gone after a few minutes. Come on!
