[Bug] Intermittent Navigation Jumps in Extras

The issue is intermittent, so I haven’t been able to find a root cause. Sometimes when navigating to extra content from a movie play screen (such as reviews, cast, or extra clips) or just among different episodes of a TV series, the navigation acts like I’ve pressed up or back on my remote. In movies, it’s not so bad since the only thing I will do is navigate back down to the item I was looking at. However in TV series viewing, it can make me delete an entire season instead of just the episode I just watched.

It is very frustrating, and I suppose I will have to get a video to demonstrate exactly what I’m talking about.

Has anyone else had anything similar? My stream box is a shield pro 2019 version.

I’ve seen the shield become erratic when remote batteries are low and/or not pointing at it (or 180 degrees away from it)

Shield experience 9.1.1 dropped today. I have it installed. It did fix a lot of bugs.

Thanks for replying. Battery is definitely full. I just installed the new experience, so we’ll see if anything changes.
