Hi,
I am a new PLEX pass user and I have the following problem:
I am not able to play an extra or a trailer, neither in the Android app on the Shield TV nor in the Web app on the Mac. It displays the trailers and extras, but when I click to play them, the trailer or extra just plays for half a second and says:
“Streaming Session doesn’t exist or timed out”
My Setup is the following:
Synology NAS DS213j (where the media is stored) + Nvidia Shield TV (PMS running + App) + Mac Mini (for settings etc…)
I have to say that the basic stuff: media library, scanning, syncing and playing media all works very well now! But the playing of trailers within the apps is a unique selling proposition for me.
Everything is up to date with the latest versions available.

Could you please help me fix this?
