I reported this 2 months ago on twitter, and was requested to post it here as well since it hasn’t been fixed yet.
Between versions 3.4.4 and 3.4.5 of Plexamp, a bug started happening where on launch of the app (app is closed, not just resumed) the fonts in the app would be larger than they should be. Going into the settings of the device (a Galaxy S10+) to change the font size for the device from the minimum to one step up, switching back to the app (to let it reload), and then going back to change the font size back to the minimum, fixes the issue. However the problem re-appears if the app is closed and opened again.

Someone on the plexamp twitter said “it coincides with a pretty large upgrade of a bunch of underlying libraries. Will have to see which one is responsible.”
