Tested and verified. Latest version on both my android phone and TV create stuttering playback on some videos. When I roll back the update on my phone to version 8.28.xxxx, the playback is smooth. Please fix this. Let me know what other info I need to provide.
Also tested on web browser on a Windows laptop and that’s smooth also.
