Live TV on all Android devices (phones/tablets) stutters every second or more. Almost like it’s playing too fast/not matching 60hz signal. Say direct play on my devices (Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Tab S6).
Sometimes will get spinning buffer wheel after a few minutes and will happen constantly. Doesn’t matter if Wi-Fi or 5G.
No issues like this on my Nvidia Shields.
