We have an HDHomeRun UHD connected to our PLEX Media Server, but when trying to browse the guide on our nvidia SHIELD we get the following:
Our ROKU players work, as do phones and tablets as expected. It’s just the SHIELD that gives this error. Any suggestions?

Found the issue: a change in removable storage on the SHIELD was preventing the app from updating. Uninstalled, re-installed and then got version 8.25 and all is well now.
