BUG: Next episode's audio starts playing when watched episode ends on Chrome Cast with Google TV

I feel this is the same as, or at least related to, this issue in android mobile - at least the last few posts where I mention something playing in the background in post-play

Phone stays on after playing video until battery is completely drained

This issue is back again (for the third time!). Now, when an episode has finished playing, the up next screen appears, but the next episode starts playing in the background (even when autoplay is disabled), and the screen does not turn off.
