I have to use passthrough optical as a workaround to my issue mentioned here:
and also reported by other users.
However, when using this workaround, it disables the support for dolby vision. If I disable passthrough, DV works flawlessly, but again, I get surround issues.
Also, not even one plex employee has ever taken the time to look at my threads. If this is the support I receive as a paying customer, I will take my business elsewhere. Please start taking your customers seriously when we report problems.
