[Bug] Other Videos section shows generated thumbnail instead of artwork

I have a library section of the ‘Other Videos’ type configured like this:

My metadata agent has local artwork enabled:

On the overview in the web interface, the video shows the local artwork:

When I open Plex HTPC (Windows) and look at the video, I see a generated thumbnail:

I assume that this is a bug in the Plex HTPC player? Can this be fixed?
