Just created a new Other Videos library and my thumbnails won’t show up in HTPC on my windows 11 computer but they do show up if i look at the library in a web browser or on my roku tv.
What could cause that?
Different layouts can use different pictures. Some use the poster and some use the background. Your items may have one but not the other?
I only have the poster/thumbnail and it’s named the same as the file. looks fine on the web or my roku tv app but is missing from HTPC
Look at one of these items in web and open the editor. Look at the poster and the background and see if you are missing one.
under poster i have the thumbnail selected and under background a random still from the video is selected. like i said they look right in the roku tv app but on my computer using HTPC the thumbnail is not displayed. this is a brand new library, other videos.
