After watching trailers, I’m presented with a screen that says “Experience the best of Plex with a Plex Pass subscription “. Then gives me purchasing options. I’m already a Plex Pass subscriber. I get this on the Apple TV 4. I’ve got three devices in the house and each are doing this.
I’ve tried signing in and out. Deleting and reinstalling. Nothing gets rid of this obnoxious message.
Getting the same message if I try and sync which is irritating as I’m going away. Already Plex Pass subscriber and my account shows Plex Pass as active. Tried on an iPad and iPhone.
It’s super frustrating that you can’t reach out to support to get someone to respond to the issue. They tell us to go to the forums, then no one from Plex ever responds.
