Getting rid of Plex Pass ads in Plex Apple TV App

Hi Forum,

I´m using a Plex Server on Ubuntu with a couple of Apple TVs and have a lifetime subscription for the Plex Pass.
Nevertheless, when using the Apple TVs browsing inside Plex it keep giving me the Plex Pass advertisement.
How can I turn those ads off since I have already bought the Plex Pass?

The Plex account you are using right now has no Plex Pass.
Maybe you have several accounts and are using the wrong one, without noticing?

You have the Pass since a relatively short time.
Were all of the ATV’s updated or rebooted since then?

I’d shut them down completely and boot them up frresh. Make sure they have an internet connection when you do that.
