PLEX PASS

I have purchased PLEX PASS for Life time. I have two issues,
On main screen of PLEX, I still receive message to go premium. I have checked all setting and system shows that I have Gold Plex Pass but still on main screen it is recommending me to purchase Plex Pass
2nd problem is that I am not able to sync PLEX PASS on my IOS . It says that there is nothing to sync with app store (I purchased PLEX directly. How can I sync my IOS device with PLEX PASS

You must make sure that all your plex client devices are linked to the same plex.tv account (the one with the Plex pass of course).
Sometimes it helps to close the Plex app on your iDevice, then reboot it and open The Plex client app afresh.
That way it talks to plex.tv and hopefully gets informed that you now have a Plex Pass.

It doesn’t look like your Plex Pass is attached to your user. If you look at my post, it says Plex Pass - but yours doesn’t.

Yeah, it looks like you bought the plex pass for a different plex.tv account.
Your Cheema77 account doesn’t have a Plex Pass.
