At present, it is not possible to add an individual video from the photo library into an album. An attempt to do so using the Add to Album menu item…
…throws up the Add to Playlist dialogue box instead…

This isn’t the expected result and appears to be a bug.
It should be possible to add related photos and videos to an album. The workaround, at present, is to add the folder containing the desired video to the album and then remove unwanted images from the album. This approach is clumsy at best.
