[BUG] Plex Smart Playlist "contains" value won't save with unescaped characters

Steps:

  1. Create new playlist or edit existing (edit filters).
  2. Create item “title” “contains” “Will & Grace” (note that contains can be begins with or ends with, whatever) and title can be any text field value. The value can be “D&D” or “Beavis & Butthead”, etc.
  3. Save
  4. Edit Saved Playlist
  5. Playlist will now read “title” “contains” "Will " and the contents will reflect that filter, loosing the “& Grace”

This isn’t cured with Will & Grace, but of does leave you with "Will " also. So there is a double encoding issue of some sort it would seem.
